The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is looking for an experienced security technical leader to join our Global Delivery Organization, as Delivery Practice Manager. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will be responsible for guiding high-impact, complex security engagements, leading a team of security consultants. You'll report to the EMEA Security Leader serving as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal AWS teams.

Key job responsibilities


Manage a team of security consultants, fostering the Amazon culture, optimizing your team's professional growth and and performance.
Engage with AWS customers and internal stakeholders, acting as trusted advisor to executives and technical teams, translating business objectives into best-in-class solutions that meet customer needs.
Oversee and contribute directly to security engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest standards.
Thought leadership - Represent AWS in front of customers, leadership forums, external events.

Basic Qualifications

- Extensive hands-on experience in security consulting, engineering or architecture
- Demonstrated expertise across multiple cybersecurity domains
- Strong executive communication and customer-facing consulting skills
- Experience leading technical consulting or security teams
- Ability to mentor senior security consultants on complex technical topics
- Experience in technical customer-facing roles
- Experience managing and delivering cloud security and enterprise-scale security programs

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of enterprise IT management frameworks like COBIT or ITIL
- Experience integrating AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP)
- Experience with customer relationship management, especially C-suite level customer engagement
- Experience with design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services
