This role sits at the intersection of transportation, connected vehicle technology, operations, and data. You'll own the strategy and roadmap for how telematics, fleet management systems, and vehicle data are leveraged across thousands of vehicles and partners, helping Amazon operate one of the largest and most complex logistics networks in the world.
Success in this role requires strong product judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to influence across a broad ecosystem of stakeholders—including operations, safety, compliance, engineering, external technology providers, and senior leadership. You'll identify opportunities, define product strategy, build alignment, and drive execution from concept through adoption.
Key job responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision and product roadmap for fleet technology across Amazon's European Middle Mile network.
- Identify high-impact opportunities where vehicle, telematics, and operational data can improve safety, compliance, fleet performance, and partner experience.
- Partner with engineering, operations, safety, compliance, and external providers to translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable product solutions.
- Build business cases and prioritization frameworks that balance customer needs, operational impact, technical complexity, and investment requirements.
- Lead product discovery efforts, leveraging data, customer insights, and field feedback to identify unmet needs and shape future capabilities.
- Drive integration strategy across a growing ecosystem of fleet management platforms, telematics providers, and operational tools.
- Influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align around product vision, roadmap priorities, and success metrics.
- Own products from ideation through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement

The Fleet Safety & Technology (FS&T) team sits within International Global Fleet & Products (GFP). Our mission is to make Amazon's delivery fleet the safest, most technologically advanced, and most efficient in the industry — striving to eliminate all serious incidents through technology, data, and accountability.
