Key job responsibilities
Amazon is seeking a motivated candidate to develop innovative solutions and manage our transportation network regarding Seller Drop-off Points and its sellers; as well as scaling Customer facing services. As a Marketing and Communication Specialist, you will have to:
• Manage communication strategy through a network of +5,000 partners;
• Work on training, communication and surveys together with transportation and business teams;
• Define and improve value proposition for store partners with Amazon business;
• Expand new business for store partners;
• Work with large volumes and big data, in a highly complex business;
• Leverage synergies on Amazon ecosystem to maximize partner experience;
• Work with business intelligence tools, access and working with big data from multiple source;
• Work backwards from Customer feedback to provide product and process improvement;
A day in the life
• Create communication pieces together with Operations according to business needs;
• Plan ahead of events, developing a plan for communication and information for store partners;
• Develop communication strategy for new features on launch;
• Seek partnership with other Amazon teams to implement initiatives that maximize partners' experience;
• Work on surveys to define operational requirements;
• Work customer backwards on partners' need to improve their experience with Amazon;
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Transportation, Business teams) for input gathering
• Present data-driven insights on business impacts

- Experience working with clients
- Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity, visual design, print and digital layout design, with experience in designing for both mobile and desktop applications
- Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience working with clients
- Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity, visual design, print and digital layout design, with experience in designing for both mobile and desktop applications
- Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
