Job description
from Amazon careersThe Global Solutions for Analytics, Risk and Compliance (GSARC) Global Strategy and Integration team is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to lead RiskHub Onboarding and Adoption at scale. RiskHub is Amazon's centralized risk management platform — the single source of truth for identifying, assessing, and managing risks across global operations — replacing fragmented spreadsheets and disconnected systems with an integrated, enterprise-grade compliance solution.
In this high-visibility role, you will own the end-to-end customer journey: from stakeholder demos and onboarding planning to driving sustained adoption across diverse internal organizations worldwide. You will partner closely with risk teams, product owners, and senior leaders to ensure customers realize full value from RiskHub — accelerating Amazon's maturity in enterprise risk management.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across multiple internal organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for RiskHub onboarding and adoption initiatives
- Own the end-to-end customer onboarding experience — from initial discovery and scoping through go-live and sustained adoption across global teams
- Deliver compelling RiskHub demonstrations to stakeholders at all levels, translating platform capabilities into business value for diverse audiences
- Develop and execute adoption strategies tailored to each customer organization, driving measurable engagement and platform utilization
- Track and report on onboarding and adoption metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership on program health, risks, and milestones
Identify and resolve onboarding blockers by partnering with product, engineering, and compliance teams to remove friction and accelerate time-to-value
- Build and maintain scalable onboarding playbooks, best practices, and enablement materials to support consistent, repeatable customer success
- Represent the voice of the customer back to the RiskHub product team, surfacing adoption barriers, feature gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Support continuous improvement of the RiskHub platform by synthesizing customer feedback into actionable product and process recommendations
- 5+ years of program or project Management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Master's degree or equivalent
