As a Sr. Program Manager in Data Center Procurement Governance (DCPG), you will play a critical role in turning that vision into reality.

As a Sr. Program Manager on the Systems Engineering & Analytics (SEA) team, you will be a highly visible leader owning the full-lifecycle execution of complex, cross-functional programs. You will engage with senior business and engineering leaders to drive critical initiatives, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery against agreed-upon milestones and timelines.

You will serve as the operational anchor between DCPG and its AMER stakeholders - translating business needs into structured, executable engineering work and keeping the team grounded in business context throughout delivery. You will own the intake and communications mechanisms that connect customer needs to technical outcomes, and champion adoption of GenAI solutions across the broader DCSP organization.

You will continuously improve the processes that drive teamwork and commitment across multiple teams with competing priorities.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead multiple, complex cross-functional initiatives simultaneously from initiation through delivery - anticipating bottlenecks, managing escalations, and communicating status broadly across all levels.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert business needs into structured, executable work.
- Align with technical teams and drive focused discussions that lead to crisp, actionable decisions.
- Make informed tradeoffs balancing business needs with technical constraints to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Streamline or eliminate excess process to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Champion adoption of technical including GenAI solutions across the broader DCSP organization.

About the team
Data Center Procurement Governance (DCPG) operates globally through five core programs. This role is part of the Systems Engineering & Analytics team, which defines the strategy and roadmap for procurement’s IT infrastructure. The team advises on future uses of technology including genAI application in procurement operations and manages the procurement platform for supplier onboarding and RFX. They manages projects to drive process improvements and efficiencies through automation, dashboards, data visualization, and systems integration.
Other global programs include: Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES), Risk & Compliance, Supplier Risk, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
