We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive product and engineering programs while bridging first-party marketing technology, advertising platforms, and third-party platforms using artificial intelligence and automation. You'll orchestrate roadmap planning, product development mechanisms, technical reviews, and operational excellence initiatives across multiple Product Managers and Software Development Managers, as well as large-scale initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups including internal teams, external partners, and marketing technology providers. This role requires exceptional organizational and program management skills to establish consistent mechanisms, navigate complex dependencies, align multiple work streams, drive cross-functional alignment, ensure visibility across all AGT initiatives, and drive successful outcomes across organizational boundaries.

Key job responsibilities
* Lead complex technical programs involving multiple internal teams, external vendors and partners
* Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Security, and external partners
* Establish governance frameworks for multi-stakeholder programs
* Develop and maintain program roadmaps that align internal and external dependencies
* Lead technical integration discussions with engineering teams

About the team
The Ads Marketing organization drives the growth and success of Amazon’s advertising products through innovative marketing solutions, technical infrastructure, and data-driven strategies. Within this organization, the Advertiser Growth Technologies (AGT) team builds and maintains the technical foundation that powers our advertiser marketing initiatives, automation systems, and growth programs across internal teams and external partnerships. The AGT team, sitting within Ads Marketing, is responsible for developing and scaling marketing technology solutions that drive advertiser acquisition, engagement, and retention. We build systems that power personalized marketing campaigns, automated journeys, targeting algorithms, and measurement frameworks that directly impact advertising revenue growth. Our work requires deep collaboration with multiple internal teams, agency partners, marketing technology vendors, and integration with third-party platforms.

Basic Qualifications

- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
