We are seeking an experienced Program manager driving the development and readiness of our business operations for service initiating and evolving. It requires to identify gaps, develop programs, landing services, as well as executing against our business strategic priorities. This role is also responsible for improving productivity of business operations, ensuring customer facing teams have knowledge of available resources and curriculum necessary to effectively support our customers. The successful candidate will combine solid understanding of business insights and process knowledge with the ability to synthesize priorities and corporate resources into a comprehensive enablement plan.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage 3PL Performance: Drive Logistics service provider (3PL) performance through pre-defined mechanisms to track and investigate exceptions, implement corrective actions, and standardize processes to ensure sustainable, data-driven results.
• Perform detailed needs assessments in coordination with the Seller Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering. Translate business needs into training & enablement strategy, offerings and programs.
• Create, develop, manage, and lead the successful execution of the cross-functional enablement programs in conjunction with program or product teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain an effective governance process and measurements focused on providing insights on performance and impact on readiness and program effectiveness.
• 3PL Capacity Planning and Supply management.
• Coordinate across Product, Supply Chain, Procurement, BI, Operation and Sales team to ensure each product launch is coordinated with proper measure in-place to ensure on-time delivery.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and prepare data and reports, including KPIs and other in-process indicators, providing full visibility to the team and stakeholders.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
- Minimum 4+ years of freight forwarding experience and 2+ years of program management experience or service enablement role with increasing influence and responsibility.
- Systematic thinker that can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then execute those plans.
- 3+ years of vendor management experience
- Experience in Logistics/freight forwarding/Supply Chain industry as a Broker/Customs agent
- Familiar with SQL and able to query required data through SQL command.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management- 3+ years of vendor management experience
