from Amazon careersWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager, Telematics to lead the vision, roadmap, and global execution of our telematics product portfolio. Based in Luxembourg or London, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy, vendor governance, and large-scale program delivery — driving outcomes across EU and global markets.
Please note that this is a 12 months fixed-term contract.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the multi-year telematics product strategy and roadmap, aligning with global fleet and last-mile delivery objectives across EU and international markets
- Lead end-to-end product development from discovery through scaled deployment, including requirements definition, prioritization, and executive stakeholder alignment
- Define and govern contractual relationships with telematics vendors, including leading commercial negotiations, SLA frameworks, performance accountability structures, and contract renewals
- Establish and maintain vendor governance mechanisms to ensure delivery against contractual commitments, data quality standards, and operational KPIs
- Partner with engineering, data science, legal, and operations teams to deliver telematics capabilities including real-time vehicle tracking, fault diagnostics, driver behavior monitoring, and predictive maintenance
- Drive adoption of telematics solutions across Delivery Service Partner (DSP) networks and internal fleet operations at scale
- Define, track, and report on key product metrics and use insights to continuously improve product outcomes
- Lead market and competitive analysis to identify emerging connected vehicle technologies and integration opportunities, including direct OEM integrations
- Ensure compliance with regional data privacy and regulatory requirements, including GDPR and EU-specific frameworks, in close collaboration with legal and privacy teams
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and business impact clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across geographies
