Position Responsibilities:
Lead due diligence and integration planning and execution efforts for Amazon's acquisitions. Work with executive business sponsors to define key value drivers for potential acquisitions, implementing actionable plans to achieve transaction objectives. Dive deep on tactical aspects of integration projects in need of extra attention. Influence cross-functional diligence and integration teams to ensure all relevant tasks are completed. Lead cross-functional initiatives both before and after acquisition. Lead multiple integration projects simultaneously. Organize and lead the acquisition due diligence process to identify integration needs and create integration plans while ensuring Amazon maintains appropriate rigor throughout the diligence process. Define, track and communicate appropriate performance measurements to project team and stakeholders. Work with functional area managers to align resources to integration plans. Communicate project priority and set project task priority for related teams. Prepare appropriate documentation to close out integration projects and facilitate effective hand-offs. Participate in the continuous improvement of Amazon's integration processes and best practices.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $156,645/year to $199,900/year.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have five years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) experience developing, leading, negotiating, and executing corporate or business transactions; (2) experience in product or program management; and (3) experience owning and driving end-to-end delivery of complex corporate programs or mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects.
