Are you excited about the opportunity to work with iconic brands and innovative companies to serve millions of customers through Alexa+? We're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to collaborate with world-class companies to drive the launch of new features and deepen customer engagement with Health & Wellness on Alexa+.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, collaborating with partner organizations and cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Marketing, PR, and Business Development. They are passionate about measuring results and ROI—prioritizing sustainable growth over short-term gains. They will be known for experimenting with new approaches and identifying opportunities to scale. Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to be creative, initiate and launch effective marketing partnerships and programs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment as a vocal thought leader excited about innovation. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. This role requires a unique blend of marketing expertise, business acumen, and relationship management skills.

Key job responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product experiences in collaboration with third-party brands and Product, Design, Marketing, PR, and Business Development teams

Define and launch high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement, in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing and PR

Develop compelling messaging and content that balance functional and emotional benefits to support the end-to-end user journey

Identify key customer needs and market opportunities to inform marketing strategies and product roadmap

Establish and track key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, own reporting, and optimize marketing initiatives based on data

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience bringing new products to market and building go-to-market plans from the ground up
- Defining strategy and leading execution of integrated marketing campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to articulate value to technical and non-technical audiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
