Amazonではトランスポーテーション リスク＆コンプライアンス日本のチームの一員となって活躍していただけるメンバーを募集しています。コンプライアンス・プロセス・技術・法務・財務・プログラムマネジメント等のリスク分野において内部統制及び監査の知識や経験をお持ちの方を探しています。今回募集しているポジションでは、成長著しいアマゾンロジスティクス・ラストマイルと密接に関わり、リスクに基づいた上で急速な成長を進めている物流部門を適時サポートできる拡張性、持続性のあるコンプライアンスプログラムを構築していただくことを期待しています。物流部門だけではなく、社内外の各ステークホルダー（法務、財務、安全、PR、その他コンプライアンス部門）をパートナーとし、コンプライアンス遵守を推進するためのプログラム構築及び最適化を図っていただきます。 このポジションは東京本社での勤務となり、国内への出張が発生する可能性があります。 Amazon is seeking an experienced audit and compliance manager to join Japan Transportation Risk and Compliance (TRC) team. We are looking for individuals who can apply their knowledge of operations and internal controls to a diverse set of risk areas including compliance, process, technology, legal, finance, and program management. In this role, you will work closely with rapidly growing Amazon logistics last mile transportation businesses to understand their nuanced risk landscapes, and form the audit program in a sustainable and scalable way to control the risks under the reasonable level. You will also partner with various legal, finance, and compliance teams to develop/optimize the compliance monitoring program that will provide the assurance to the compliance requirement.
