This role is central to ensuring that global PR teams across multiple territories have timely access to the editorial assets, materials, and operational support they need to execute best-in-class campaigns for our theatrical slate. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments, is comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously across time zones, and brings a systematic approach to asset management, distribution workflows, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires someone who is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn — someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, executes with precision, and builds foundational processes that support a growing global PR organization.
