The Ops Global Engineering, Materials and Sustainability (Ops GEMS) team is seeking an exceptionally talented, smart and agile Renewable Energy Manager to lead the development of business cases, engagement with local stakeholders and policymakers, as well as operation, maintenance, performance optimization, and strategic development of on-site solar and BESS across India. If you have a passion for solar energy, deep knowledge is solar and BESS development, data-driven performance engineering, come join us as we shape the future of renewables for commercial and industrial scale. The position will focus on end-to-end ownership of the India solar and BESS portfolio, combining design review, asset management, regulatory compliance, performance engineering, and strategic development. You will supervise solar and BESS systems located across India while supporting the broader global network managed by Ops GEMS.
