from Amazon careersThe Sr. Product Manager-Tech on the DSP-DA LifeCycle Management (DALCM) team owns the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the critical milestones in the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Delivery Associate (DA) lifecycle, including onboarding, off-boarding, qualifications management, and status management across Amazon's global transportation network. The DSP program is the backbone of Amazon's last-mile delivery network, operating in 22 countries with over 4,400 DSPs and 390,000+ Delivery Associates. This role is responsible for customer experiences with considerable complexity, managing a unified data platform that serves as the single source of truth for associate information. This includes ownership of multiple concurrent product workstreams — DSP DA onboarding/off-boarding workflow, DSP onboarding/off-boarding experience, employment classification models, qualifications management, and DA data/metadata services — each requiring distinct technical approaches and stakeholder alignment. The Sr. Product Manager-Tech is responsible for driving strategic goals that span multi-million dollar cost savings, DSP satisfaction (CSAT), and DA sentiment — influencing the DA experience from the very first interaction with Amazon's systems. You will own the financial entitlement for your product area and be accountable for measurable improvements in onboarding speed, compliance automation, and operational efficiency for DSPs worldwide.
