People Technology is the central hub for all Amazon people data. Our product and technology provides the foundation for a multitude of key human resource processes, from on-boarding of tens of thousands of temporary employees during peak holiday season, capturing tiem related events across an associate's day to day activities, to integrating critical employee data to internal and external systems. * Managing TimeHub roadmap across geographies
* Responsible for key product areas such as pay calculation
* Design and execute comprehensive product roadmaps for timekeeping systems
* Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions
* Analyze complex product requirements and translate them into actionable development strategies
* Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from conception through implementation
* Conduct in-depth data analysis to inform product decisions and improvements
