We are currently seeking a Business Affairs Executive that will provide support across all of the scripted and unscripted deals in the Nordics and the wider EUX region. Key job responsibilities - Support complex deal structures for talent agreements, development deals, (co-)production deals and rights acquisitions - Collaborate with Legal, Production, Finance, and Creative teams to ensure deal terms align with creative vision and business objectives - Provide timely and practical advice to senior-level executives under time-sensitive conditions. - Engage with external partners using clear judgment and risk analysis to support successful deal outcomes - Support the implementation deal plans that support Amazon Studios' content strategy - Monitor industry trends and maintain relationships with agencies, law firms, and other industry stakeholders A day in the life You will assist with the commercial discussions relating to deal terms with and for production companies, producers, IP incl. original…
