Some examples include CSSF Circular 22/806 (Luxembourg), EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing and FCA SYSC 8 (UK), and MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing (Singapore). We are seeking an experienced Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) professional to join our Account Compliance team as an Outsourcing Risk Manager. This role requires demonstrated expertise in conducting outsourcing risk assessments for regulated financial institutions, with specific knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing critical and important outsourcing arrangements. You will be responsible for executing the First Line outsourcing risk management program for Amazon Payments' regulated entities (APE, APUK, API, APS SG, and others). This includes conducting annual risk assessments of intragroup and external vendor arrangements, partnering with Legal and Transfer Pricing teams to manage intercompany contracts, establishing KPIs and governance mechanisms to monitor service delivery, partnering with business teams to implement risk-mitigation controls, and ensuring compliance with entity-specific regulatory requirements. This is a critical role enabling Amazon Payments to scale globally while maintaining robust regulatory compliance.
