The ideal candidate is passionate about using data to deliver an actionable plan that impacts the business. They have a strong record of delivering results and are experienced in executing in a cross-functional environment, backed by analysis and data. They enjoy a fast-paced environment, working with large amounts of data, and solving highly complex, ambiguous problems. As a Planning Analyst in the Capacity Planning Team, you will be working on the weekly and daily cadence for the generation of route plans or labor plans for AMZL delivery stations to make sure the organization is well prepared for the future. You will analyze execution gaps to improve future plans. You will work across teams to ensure that decisions are made for the business as a whole.
