from Amazon careersAWS MOTOR is seeking for a result-oriented Snr Construction Manager (Sr CM) for APAC Construction in the MOTOR organization. The Sr Construction Manager is responsible for the construction of Manufacturing, AWS Cloud Logistics, ReCycle Reverse Logistics and AARD-vark (AI Assembly, Repair, and Debug Operations) Integration facilities that are business critical. Business critical builds may have accelerated schedules, first-of-kind designs, or new equipment/labor vendors. A Snr Construction Manager has sustained work experience on all phases of a facility construction project, including site development, shell construction, and tenant improvement (TI). They are responsible for the safety, cost, quality, and delivery performance of their build. In addition, Sr CMs support the continuous development of the organization through process improvements. They have demonstrated they can identify, initiate, and support internal and external initiatives with regional impact. Sr CMs are recognized as role models in their respective regions and support the professional development of the organization through interviewing, onboarding, and mentoring.
