Amazon is seeking a motivated, creative, and mission-driven communications professional to support Amazon Leo. This is a unique opportunity to shape the comms strategy for one of Amazon’s most ambitious new initiatives, and to have a positive, lasting impact on customers and communities around the world. Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite internet network. Its mission is to provide fast, reliable internet to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. The system is built around a constellation of thousands of satellites in orbit around the planet, and will serve a wide range of customers globally, from individual households and small businesses to large enterprise and government customers. As a member of the Amazon Leo team, you will develop comms strategies and tactics to advance critical business, product and reputational priorities for the program. You will be responsible for developing messaging and content, engaging directly with media and other key stakeholders, executing successful announcements and campaigns that span earned, owned, and social channels, and scaling programs for global audiences. You will work closely with business, product, marketing, engineering, legal, public policy, and regulatory teams to shape this strategy.
