Senior Collection Analyst with German, FinOps AR retail collection team

Our Financial Operations team is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Senior Collections Analyst. In this role, you will collect from EU vendor and liquidator portfolios and support fiscal transaction processing for Amazon vendors and liquidators operating on Amazon EU marketplaces. As a Senior Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for collection activities related to German-speaking vendors with EU exposure and will provide support for other transactional activities. This includes direct contact with EU vendors regarding delayed payments, as well as collaboration with internal stakeholders. You will work within a team of collectors covering multiple EU marketplaces and gain exposure to European Finance Operations procedures, allowing you to contribute to process improvements and grow into Subject Matter Expert (SME) roles. Base pay for this position starts from EUR 1,800+ gross per month, depending on skills and requirements. Additional pay components include a sign-on bonus and eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in the USA.
