The ideal candidate is be able to build and transform team into a Seller Experience centric and AI-empowered organization and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. In this role, s/he will be a key leader of the Asia Global Selling ESM Team, providing critical direction and domain expertise to help ESM various business teams to implement and deliver impactful results. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize and lead team to navigate amongst the unknown. S/He needs to be passionate about his/her work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent influencing abilities especially in cross org communication.
