The AMXL External Injection Services (AXIS) team owns the lifecycle of any out of network vendor volume being serviced through AMXL. This role would own the customer expeirence vertical for this organziation, and lead all long term improvement strategies within this space. As a strategic Supply Chain Manager, you'll take end-to-end ownership of CX operations, emphasizing capacity planning, logistics optimization, network design, and analysis of operational efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, program management, product, finance, and more. Utilize your analytical prowess to identify opportunities for operational improvements, implement scalable systems, and drive automation to enhance efficiency, with a particular focus on optimizing the physical flow and operations within the supply chain network for our customers.
