We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our product, science, and tech teams in building innovative solutions for Incentives Monetization growth for Amazon Japan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive significant business impact through 0 to 1 initiatives and shape the future of online shopping experiences in Japan. The product scope spans onsite customer experiences, selling partner experiences and points incentives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and data, customer-centric, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Key job responsibilities Strategy Leadership: • Develop and execute the product roadmap for Points and Monetization growth in Amazon Japan • Work cross-functionally across teams consisting of engineers, data scientists, designers and marketing.
