About the Role We are seeking an Engagement Manager to join our AWS Professional Services team in Taiwan. In this role, you will manage and deliver AWS cloud consulting engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will serve as the primary point of contact between AWS and the customer during active engagements, driving project execution while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end delivery of AWS Professional Services engagements, including project planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and status reporting - Serve as the primary customer-facing delivery lead, building trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at technical and managerial levels - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones - Coordinate cross-functional teams including AWS consultants, architects, partners, and customer teams to ensure seamless delivery - Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain delivery excellence - Facilitate regular project governance cadences including steering committees, status reviews, and retrospectives - Track engagement financials including revenue recognition, margin management, and forecasting - Support engagement scoping and proposal development for new opportunities in collaboration with ProServe Account Executives…
