We are looking for an experienced litigation paralegal to work with attorneys and manage complex antitrust matters and government regulatory investigations, as well as other complex litigation matters such as IP infringement, commercial disputes, and employment disputes. A key component of this role is leveraging and advancing AI-driven solutions to improve legal operations. You will be expected to design and implement AI solutions using Amazon services, including Amazon Kiro and Amazon Quick, to automate workflows, enhance data analysis, and drive operational efficiency across the team. Key job responsibilities - Conduct fact-finding, data analysis, and develop a thorough understanding of case issues and claims, utilizing AI tools to accelerate research and identify patterns across large datasets - Identify relevant custodians and interview internal witnesses - Draft legal hold notices and collect data from various tools and business partner teams - Organize voluminous case materials using Amazon's internal database software programs and AI-assisted document management solutions - Manage outside counsel on data requests and collaborate with eDiscovery vendors on document collections and productions, including AI-driven review platforms…
