As member of the Operations Insights, Planning, Analytics and Technology (IPAT) team, this position owns WW Operations month end reporting. The Finance Manager will partner with the World Wide Operations teams to setup scalable processes and controls. The Finance Manger will need to own setting up governance framework; build and maintain processes while partnering with stakeholder teams to improve controllership. The Finance Manager will need to be capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy, and hence needs to demonstrate a high degree of comfort with ambiguity besides holding a high bar on professional integrity. The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail, unlimited curiosity, and a strong passion for continuous improvement. This role requires extensive cross-functional partnership with various operations, supply chain, finance, and other support teams to identify and address cost opportunities across the network.
