Amazon Leo is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician who will lead day-to-day maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of environmental test equipment and production systems. This hands-on role focuses on predictive and preventive maintenance execution, safety practices, and building team capability through mentorship and knowledge sharing. You'll work directly with engineers and technicians who design and build unique machines to solve critical problems, ensuring maximum asset availability without interrupting production operations. This position is Sunday- Wednesday, 6AM-4:30PM. Key job responsibilities Equipment Maintenance Repair • Maintain and troubleshoot environmental test equipment including TVAC chambers, HASS systems, thermal chambers • Maintain and troubleshoot production automation equipment • Oversee vendors making planned and emergency repairs while maintaining direct involvement in critical repairs • Troubleshoot and repair control devices such as PLCs and HMIs • Perform overhaul and repair of mechanical systems including pumps, chillers, gearboxes, and cryogenic systems Electrical Mechanical Systems • Replace and install electrical…
