Senior Finance Manager, Compensation & SBC, PXT Finance

Job description

Amazon is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the PXT Finance Compensation Stock-Based Compensation (SBC) FP A team within broader Corporate FP A. This role will be a key finance partner for PXT Compensation leadership and Corporate FP A, supporting multiple Vice Presidents and leading a team of approximately 4-6 finance professionals. The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and have a demonstrated ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, financial analysis, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives. The role operates in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment and will provide decision support and advice for key business leaders. This role is critical in managing stock-based compensation (SBC) programs, overseeing global compensation planning for corporate and field employees, driving automation initiatives, and partnering closely with PXT Compensation and business finance teams. The Senior Finance Manager will be a key member of the PXT Finance organization, providing financial stewardship and analytical insights into key financial and operational performance metrics and building new processes to scale.
