In this role, you will combine deep technical program management expertise with an AI-native mindset to drive the architecture, delivery, and adoption of agent-based platforms across the RBKS portfolio. The right candidate has a strong technical background, demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs, and genuine passion for AI/ML technologies. You don't just manage programs — you define the problem space, shape the technical direction, build with AI, and hold yourself and the org to the highest delivery bar.
