Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) is seeking an experienced and strategic L6 Recruiter to play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring Amazon's future leaders from the student talent pipeline operating in a high volume context. This role goes beyond execution: you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, a driver of recruiting innovation, and a key contributor to the long-term talent strategy for university hiring across Amazon. The ideal candidate brings deep Talent Acquisition expertise, a strong bias for data-driven decisions, and the ability to operate with autonomy in complex, ambiguous environments. You are a natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced settings, earns trust at all levels of the organization, and consistently raises the bar for recruiting excellence.
