This role goes beyond execution: you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, a driver of recruiting innovation, and a key contributor to the long-term talent strategy for university hiring across Amazon. The ideal candidate brings deep Talent Acquisition expertise, a strong bias for data-driven decisions, and the ability to operate with autonomy in complex, ambiguous environments.
