Amazon AIR is building one of the most ambitious dedicated air transportation networks in the world, designed to redefine delivery speed and selection for hundreds of millions of customers. As we scale this network, we need leaders who can tackle complex operational challenges and deliver results that customers feel every single day. We are seeking a Senior Flight Capacity Planner to join the Network Planning team and help shape the future of Amazon AIR. In this role, you will own the development and optimization of flight capacity strategies across medium and short term planning horizons, including flight schedule design, capacity allocation, and network modeling. You will also lead high impact, cross functional initiatives that drive efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service performance across the air network. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will partner with leaders across Amazon AIR, including Operations, Finance, and Analytics, and directly influence senior leadership decisions that shape how millions of packages move through our network.
