Amazon LEO will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity. Key job responsibilities As a CT System Engineer, you will be responsible for Customer Terminal (CT) integration and validation with hardware, software, and firmware. You will be working in a collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team. In this role, your responsibilities include: • Develop the CT architecture by working closely with sub-system engineers in electrical, RF, antenna, thermal, modem, DSP, ASIC, algorithm, firmware, modeling, and software • Design tradeoffs of various CT architectures including RF and performance simulation to support tradeoff decisions • Develop, maintain, and support customer terminal validation hardware, lab, and software • Proactively engage with internal and external development partners on Systems’ hardware and software architectures and implementation • Ensure delivered work meets technical, functional, performance, regulatory and business requirements • Perform in-field and on-orbit validation with…
