You will lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution to drive acquisition and engagement for Prime Video Japan, while spearheading select high-impact initiatives across APAC. You'll be directly accountable for performance outcomes, marketing budgets, and paid channel strategy — all with a focus on customer impact. Key job responsibilities - Define audience strategy and full-funnel paid marketing plans - Own media strategy, planning, buying and execution across paid channels (digital, offline – TV, Transit and OOH) - Manage budgets rigorously across channels and ad formats (static and video) ensuring efficient spend and scaling - Build and optimize campaign structure: account setup, bidding strategies, budget allocation, pacing, and scaling - Lead audience planning: first-party data, re-targeting, and lookalikes - Partner with product and data teams on tracking, tagging, and signal quality (conversion APIs, pixels, clean rooms) - Leverage marketing tech and automation (AI bidding, dynamic creatives) - Own measurement and attribution: incrementality testing, geo experiments, MMM inputs - Analyze performance deeply and translate data into clear actions to improve subscription growth, ROAS and LTV - Drive creative effectiveness: testing frameworks, asset rotation, and…
