We are looking for a Pricing Incentives Specialist to join the Pricing Incentives, Payments Disputes team within Amazon's Last Mile Brazil organization. This role owns the execution and continuous improvement of pricing models and incentive programs across our Amazon Partner Logistics programs — EDSP (External Delivery Service Provider), AMPL (Amazon Partner Logistics), and AMXL (Amazon Extra Large). In this role, you will analyze partner pricing structures, design and track incentive programs, conduct benchmarking studies, and generate actionable insights through structured reporting. You will report directly to the Pricing Incentives, Payments Disputes Manager and work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to ensure partner economics are competitive, accurate, and sustainable. This position is based out of an AMZL office and may require periodic travel.
