from Amazon careersAmazon Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Have you ever wanted to become involved in the global rollout of satellite earth stations for a high-performance satellite constellation? We are looking for a Satellite Ground Technical Operations Engineer to join Leo's ground gateway terminal operations team. You will lead efforts to ensure high performance ground gateways are able to continuously serve our broadband customers by investigating faults and anomalies, both remotely and on-site at our gateway terminals. You will collaborate with other subject matter experts to develop the tools and procedures necessary to support this global endeavor. This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government.
