The RDPI (Robotics Deployment Packaging Innovation) Global Engineering team is seeking a talented and highly organized Lab Manager to contribute to delivering transformational innovation to the business. You will be part of a dynamic team of engineers with the mission to ensure that robotics technologies maturing through the development pipeline are vetted and tested to identify and resolve issues upstream before large-scale deployment and operation. You will manage the infrastructure and operations for the key innovation lab(s) that designers, engineers, and scientists rely on to invent, prototype, test, and perform experiments on the next generation automation technologies for Amazon fulfillment. You will take end-to-end ownership of these lab facilities to transform them into high-performing centers of excellence.
