Amazon's Customer Experiences team (ADX CX) is seeking our next Senior UX Designer to build on this delight and reimagine how millions of customers engage with their purchases after checkout. In this role, you'll explore new ways for shoppers to understand and manage their orders, working directly with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams to connect evolving customer needs with emerging technologies. Your work will focus on crafting innovative features and scalable design systems that adapt to evolving expectations for convenience, control, and confidence in post-purchase experiences.
