We're seeking a data-driven and customer-centric Partner Manager to drive the growth of our Branded Gift Cards category in Europe. With over 200 global brands including Apple, Google, Netflix, Airbnb, Disney+, TikTok, and Uber across six European countries, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital gifting. To achieve this, you will work closely with internal and external partners, using commercial acumen and problem-solving skills to influence leadership decision-making and define a best-in-class supply chain strategy. You'll balance strategic partnership management with operational excellence, helping customers find the perfect gift while building lasting relationships with leading brands across the EU region. Key job responsibilities - Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to align on business priorities, define shared opportunities, drive timely decisions, and establish effective communication channels. - Supply Chain Strategy: Leverage data to optimize supply chain strategy—balancing revenue growth, profitability, and customer experience. - Process Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives supporting long-term business growth, including demand planning, product availability, and incident response. - Business Reporting: Monitor and own product availability KPIs including in-stock rate, inventory coverage, and fulfillment costs, presenting insights and trends to European and Global Gift Cards leadership.…
