Job description

This role owns the design and delivery of academy learning experiences, the development and relaunch of the Quriosity technical learning platform, and the exploration of alternative learning solutions across Australia Operations, spanning Fulfilment Centres (FC), Delivery Stations (AMZL), and Sort Centres (SC). This is currently an unfilled role with interim coverage provided by other seats. The role spans three interconnected areas: Academy Facilitation (in-person and virtual sessions), Alternative Learning Solutions (LMS platforms and VR for leader and technical training), and Technical Solutions Development (Quriosity platform relaunch and learner passport system).
