You will be an integral part of these businesses and will provide ongoing legal counsel across a range of fields, including intellectual property, digital media, and regulatory compliance; and structuring, drafting, and negotiating licensing, marketing, and other commercial agreements. You will also work closely with US and other international legal and business teams worldwide. The successful candidate must be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. The successful candidate will be client-service oriented, and be able to look at the bigger picture while also paying great attention to detail on tight deadlines.
