Job description

The Senior planner is responsible for managing and coordinating compliance-related activities and planned maintenance programs within Amazon Maintenance Operations Centre (AMOC). This role ensures regulatory compliance, oversees preventive maintenance schedules, manages vendor performance for planned works, and maintains comprehensive documentation of all compliance and planned maintenance activities. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple compliance requirements and maintenance programs simultaneously while delivering exceptional stakeholder service. Key job responsibilities • Manage and coordinate planned preventive maintenance (PPM) programs across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules and regulatory requirements • Monitor compliance deadlines for statutory inspections, certifications, and regulatory requirements • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and execute planned maintenance activities within required timeframes • Track and manage compliance documentation, certificates, and inspection reports, ensuring all records are current and accessible • Raise and manage work orders and purchase orders for planned maintenance activities, ensuring proper budget tracking and cost control • Communicate proactively with stakeholders (Reliability Maintenance Engineering, Operations, Health Safety, Compliance teams) regarding upcoming maintenance activities and compliance deadlines • Identify potential compliance risks and escalate through appropriate channels to prevent regulatory violations • Develop and…
