SD OTR Area Manager, CO OTR

Job description

We're looking for an Area Manager to join our Central Operations team supporting Same Day delivery across EU markets. You'll lead a team of Shift Managers and Schedulers, driving performance through data-driven decision-making while building scalable processes and systems that balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking. In this role, you'll monitor real-time operations across the EU network, facilitate network-wide DBRs, and dive deep into delivery performance trends to identify gaps and implement corrective actions. You'll operate in highly ambiguous, fast-moving environments where no two days are the same—coordinating with site operators to respond to demand fluctuations, partnering with cross-functional teams including Capacity Planning and DSP partners to evaluate technical improvements, and proactively leading process improvement initiatives that optimize cost, customer experience, and delivery partner satisfaction.
