from Amazon careersAmazon Global Selling is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Seller Consultant to join the Japan Targeted Recruitment (TR) team based in Shenzhen. The TR team takes a proactive, research-driven approach to identify, engage, and onboard high-quality Chinese sellers with strong product-market fit for the Japanese marketplace — one of Amazon's fastest-growing cross-border destinations. As a Senior Seller Consultant, you will independently own a portfolio of high-value seller relationships and drive measurable business outcomes across the full seller lifecycle — from strategic prospecting and consultative engagement to launch execution and post-launch growth acceleration. You will be expected to develop deep expertise in JP market dynamics, leverage data and industry intelligence to build differentiated recruitment strategies, and influence cross-functional teams to remove systemic barriers for seller success. This role requires strong business judgment, the ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations, and a track record of delivering results through others.
