The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Talent Acquisition team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Recruitment Partner to join our team. We are looking for candidates that have proven experience hiring security cleared professionals, along with comprehensive knowledge of the security-cleared talent landscape. This is a full time permanent role requiring in-office presence 5 days per week at our CBD location (either Sydney or Melbourne). You will help to transform talent acquisition by pioneering innovative sourcing strategies that connect exceptional professionals with exceptional opportunities. You'll be the catalyst in building world-class teams across AWS Australia, using your strategic insights and relationship-building skills to identify and engage top-tier talent who will shape the future of cloud technology.
