We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead high-volume hiring efforts for our rapidly expanding data center operations. As a Recruiting Manager within AIS, you will own end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution for data center roles across multiple locations. You will build and lead a team of recruiters who deliver exceptional candidate experiences while meeting hiring goals. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and can balance quality with velocity. The ideal candidate combines deep recruiting expertise with strong leadership skills and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams. You will partner closely with data center operations leaders, HR business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver talent solutions that enable AWS to scale infrastructure globally.
