As a Senior Product Manager – Technical, you will be responsible for (1) owning the expansion of Alexa built-in (ABI) segments and Alexa+ features for ABI endpoints (2) make product tradeoffs on scope, sequencing, and rollout strategy based on customer impact and partner maturity, (3) translate Alexa roadmap features into OEM-ready product requirements, factoring in firmware constraints, UX differences, and partner capabilities, (4) work closely with engineering to shape release architecture, dependencies, and backward compatibility for OEM devices, (5) work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Certification, BD/Partner Management, and Ops teams to ensure aligned execution, (6) define and track release quality metrics (defects, launch escapes, partner readiness signals), (7) drive post-launch retrospectives, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement across partner release processes. (8) Redefine 3P TV apps and mobile endpoints CX, working with Mobile, Prime Video, FTV and other teams.
