The Creator team's mission is to make Amazon the Earth's most desired destination for commerce creators and their content. We own the Associates and Influencer programs and brands across Amazon to ensure a cohesive experience, expand creators' opportunities to earn through innovation, and launch experiences that reinforce feelings of achievement for creators. Within Creators, our product team strives to make Amazon the best place for creators to earn. We collectively accomplish that mission by building best-in-class software for incentives and payments, insights and encouragement, storefronts and content, as well as foundational tech, including linking tools and user interfaces. We are seeking a results-driven leader to architect the future of creator brand partnerships at Amazon through a revolutionary suite of products. This highly visible position will shape how creators and brands collaborate on our product, requiring a candidate who can both "Dive Deep" into creator needs and "Think Big" about the future of digital commerce. You will develop ambitious strategies that transform how creators monetize their influence, working closely with Engineering to build innovative solutions ranging from API-first systems to intuitive user experiences.
