The Generative AI Innovation Center helps AWS customers implement Generative AI solutions and realize transformational business opportunities. This is a team of strategists, scientists, engineers, and architects working step-by-step with customers to build bespoke solutions that harness the power of generative AI. We seek an Engagement Manager to lead Generative AI transformation projects. Engagement Managers drive AWS GenAI adoption, orchestrate customer engagements, and ensure successful delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions. Engagement Managers set up an effective work framework, proactively handle risks and communicate in an effective way with all stakeholders. This role is focused on leading transformation projects with autonomy, often involving multiple Amazon and customer teams and needing to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
