We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join Japan Consumer Innovation, where you will define the experience of AI-native tools that transform how businesses grow and operate on Amazon Japan. This is not a role about designing interfaces. It is about shaping how AI agents, complex workflows, and business outcomes come together, and making that experience trustworthy, legible, and genuinely useful. You will work at the intersection of agentic AI systems, complex business decision-making, and the real operational realities of organizations in Japan. You will take on genuinely ambiguous challenges: how do you design AI-powered tools that make people faster, sharper, and more confident in the decisions that matter most to their business? How do you surface the right insight at the right moment? How do you give people the clarity and control they need to act decisively, even when the underlying data is complex?
